Paper and Book Intensive COVID-19 POLICY
The Paper and Book Intensive (PBI) is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for practitioners from all different facets of the book, paper, and print worlds to come together and share resources, insights, and community.
As we will all be traveling from different regions for the event, PBI adheres to the Community Guidelines outlined by our hosts at Ox-Bow. Below are best-practices from their page that we can all do to help keep each other healthy and minimize the potential for a COVID-19 outbreak. We encourage all participants to
Stay up-to-date on COVID vaccinations
Test before traveling to Oxbow’s campus
Wear a mask while traveling to/from Ox-Bow or while on any trips to/from campus during the session
Consider wearing a mask when indoors for the first 3 days to monitor the development of potential symptoms
Monitor yourself for symptoms

Please Note: As is outlined in their policy PBI cannot be held responsible or for any decisions made by the Ox-Bow Campus Director in the event of a participant falling ill with COVID-19—which may include a request to self-isolate and leave campus—nor unfortunately can PBI afford to offer a refund should that happen. The PBI Co-Directors reserve the right to update and change COVID policies and regulations and will communicate clearly with all accepted participants regarding any changes.
